I need an airport pick up from Xiamen international airport to Anxi. Please recommend.

I suggest you to take the airport shuttle bus to reach Songbai Long-distance Bus Station where you can find many buses for Anxi.
It is too long from the airport to Anxi, so I do not think you can get a pick-up, unless you take a taxi on yourself.0
