About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines
Do we need to apply for L Visa,my group and i are planning to have a sight seeing on Jan.6, 2013
up to Jan.12, 2013, we have diff. origin, 4 from the Philippines, 3 from London and 1 from USA.Cebu Pacific Air have fare promos (Beijing, China), do we have to avail the tickets first or do we have to secure a L Visa from Chinese Embassy first.
