wuhan - wudang - wuhan in 1 day, is it possible?

Question

Is it possible to do so without taking airplane, if any. I did check the train schedule and there are many trains Or is it recommended to stay overnight, please advice. Will I be able to see everything in one day and are there many crowds during this national day

One day is enough, but you have to leave Wuhan at night the day before. Then you can reach the mountain in the next morning. You can spend the whole day there and take the bus go back in the after.It must be crowded at holidays.
