Transportation from Tianjin to Harbin and the winter festival

Anyone knows how much the bus cost is and how long will it take? Also when will the Winter Festival start? and where is it located?

I advise you to fly to Harbin. The train will take you about about 12 hours or more time.
The Winten Festival usually falls on the Jan 5th every year. The timetable of this is not decided yet, so you still have to wait.
The main festival is on in Sun Island and Ice and Snow World.
