About:Taiwan Weather

i am planning to go taiwan, may i know which month is the better timing for shopping or traveling.?

Besides, which month is best to visit there?

For traveling, September to November is the best period. The weather will not be so cold or so hot with few typhoons.
If you want to go shopping, you'd better choose the end of a season or some important festivals, they will have a large discount.
