You hotel is very close to Fortress Hill Station of MTR Station of Island Line, so you can go there to take the MTR to reach Admiralty. Getting out of the station from Exit B and then walk along Admiralty Road to reach Cotten Tree Drive and turn to that road. Go straight to reach the marriage registry.
