What type of visa do we need to participate in the hong kong innovative technology and education

We are invited to take part in the hong kong innovative technology association to participate in the project competition slated from October 7-14,2012Can we obtain the visa at point of entry we are twenty- three(23) from varous states under federal ministry of education, Technology and science department

NO, you all need to apply for HK visas in advance from Chinese embassy. Or if possible, send your application directly to HK Immigration Department.
