We are 75 years old and will be traveling to Taiwan on 18 Dec. do we need winter coasts?

Hi, according to the weather forecast in the past years, the average temperature could be about 16-18 C. And the lowest temperature is about 13 C then. So I do not think the winter clothing is necessary. You can take along sweater and overcoat with you.
