I don't think you can get a multiple entry one if you go to China for sightseeing. For business, if you've never obtained an F visa at least twice in the past two years, it is also impossible.

It is possible to obtain for one year multiple entry.so long you are applying thru agency m will do!. as i am having it too. each entrance only valid for one month.
