how to get visa within 27 september

several time i visited china for business.my invitation letter will come around 26 sep.but my tour plan is 7 oct to bangkok,thailand,9 oct to taiwan and 13 oct to guangzhou .and i also bought air ticket in these way.so far i know the china embassy will remain close at 28 sep till 7 oct.so how can i collect visa within 27 sep.if u give me a good advise i will be very happy
