Hi, around Sep. and Oct. can be the best time to travel there. During that time, there would be nopt cold and hot hot, with comfortable sunshine.
The average temperature then could be about 20-22 C. So you can take along both the short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirt as well as a light coat for keeping warm at nights.
