im planning a business trip for wholesale shopping,will shops be open in guangzhou from 1st-7th oct?

i will visit shops in this city to buy large quantities for shipment , i already booked my flight without knowing of the mid-autumn festival. so will it be a big problem for me durin the period between 1st and 7th of october?
