Weather in Anhui, China

My family will visit Anhui, China in December. What type of clothing should we bring. What types of attractions can we expect to see. What kind of shopping is there? How much is 1500 RMB in american dollars?

It is cold during December with a temperature of 0~10C. You will have to be prepared with scarf and warm clothing when you go there. Anhui is a large province with many cities. Which city will you want to go? Currently, 1,500.00 RMB = 237.805 USD .
