my sisi will go to shanghai on oct. will i get denied for a visa if i have no job ?

My sister and I will go to Shanghai next month. She is in Dubai now and she'll come to Phils next month so we will go together coming from Manila and I am in Phils. She said we should apply for a visa separately( I to Manila and she from Dubai)  We already have tickets and invitation letter as two persons. My sister has a job in Dubai and and she will shoulder all our 3 day vacation.  Is it possible I will get denied? My passport's last stamp was June 2011 after i finished my contract in Dubai.

Don't worry too much, if you sister will shoulder all your expenses for your trip, you can provide proof of her sponsorship and bank statement. Ticket and invitation letter are helpful as well. About the final result, it depends on visa officers anyway.
