are dragons and snakes compatible?

Chinese Dragon and Snake are a good couple. They both have magnetic personalities and are drawn to each other through their charm and beauty. The reason I ask is because I've noticed as a female dragon myself I have a very strong attraction towards a snake male. It's like I want to protect him. I also noticed this pairing happening round me. Since I only got into chinese astro now it kinda makes a little more sense.
