When is the the best time to go Shangri-la until Dec ?

I plan to go there during Oct - Dec.

I would like trecking there.

Well, October is a favorable month to travel there. This is fall harvest time and the entire plateau becomes a golden world. It is also mild and pleasant during this month with a proper temperature of 15~22C.
