Submission/Collection of Business Visit Visa Docs on Behalf of Managing Director

Hi, Ni Hao, Woul you please advise that can we send our repersentative alongwith required documents and authority letter to submit and collect visa on behalf of our Managing Director. As previosly, our MD has got it 3-4 times. Waiting your kind reply.

yes, it is ok to have others submit and collect visa on behalf of your director.

Hi Mr Alvin, Thank you, Our repersentative will visit Islamabad Embassy with all required documents as mentioned above (Requirements for Chinese Visa Application), alonwith authority letter to submit and collect visa documents. Do you require any other documents of our repersetative other then "Authority letter". Waiting your kind reply.

Hi, it is ok, but keep in mind that you may need to appear in person and may answer questions from the visa officer if necessary.

1) Please advise if "V2011A" form is changed for current applications, or it is the same which linked at
your above Basic Requirements.

2) is there any special requirement of picture other than as mentioned above in Basic requirements.

Hi, V2011A From is ok, it is the new version which was released last year for application. Prepare 2 color photos taken within 6 months (33mm x 48mm, bareheaded, full-face, against white or light blue background)
