I had a quick check and saw that your hotel is in fact at the airport already. You might want to double check but PEK is in the code for Beijing capital. If so then in my experience taxi drivers are not so willing to drive this very short distance when they could be driving back ' in to town' . The cost of a taxi to the city centre can be up to 100 yuan.Cash only! Last week we paid just 70, but it was 6am and the roads were reasonably empty at that time. Therefore you may want to reconsider your hotel and move closer to town, or contact the hotel and see if they can arrange a pick up. Regarding the D train to Shenyang (I live an hour south), You will need to go to Beijing Train station (not west or south ) and depart from there. Many trains throughout the day and at that time there shouldn't be a problem getting a ticket on the day. Check cnvol.com for train times . At the aiport you can also take the Airport Express 25rmb to Dongzhimen subway station and there continue by subway 2rmb to Beijing Train station. The process is not too friendly for those wiTh large cases! Alternatively go back to airport from hotel and get a taxi to go direct to the train station! Hope this helps.
