Do I  take Airport Express to HK Station? Is this correct.Then I should take MTR to Sheung Wan?

Yes. You are right, but it is expensive. It costs more than HKD100. The best way for you is to take bus A10 and get off at Connaught Garden, Connaught Road West. Upon off the bus, you will find the hotel. It costs HKD48.
