I would like to go places where there are mountains and be able to feel the snow falling.

Travelling date - Middle of Dec'12
I would like to go places where there are mountains and at the same time able to feel the snow falling.

I prefer Xian. You can go to visit Mt. Huashan which is known as 'The Number One Precipitous Mountain under Heaven'. At that time, the average temperature here is around 0C. It is possible to have snowfall. Anyway, you need to pay attention to the weather forecast.
