Hi, I plan to go to the two cities in mid october (just after the national holiday). Can you please tell me the time s of the buses in both directions (and if possible which bus station it does leave in Beijing). Thanks

From Beijing, you can go to Liuliqiao Bus Station to take the direct bus and get to your destination in about 3 h. No need to worry about the bus schedule, many buses are scheduled each day till 17:20. For the opposite direction, you can get the bus at the long-distance bus station. And the bus schedule id from 06:00 to 18:00 every about 20.
