He is currently in China and is concerned that his renewal application may need to be done in South Africa. What procedure must he follow and what forms must he complete and submit to get his visa renewed. Can he apply in China rather than return to South Africa and as his employment requires him to travel out, how long will the renewal take?

Hi Gary, your son can have a try to apply in HK in person. There are some visa agencies which provide service for visa extensions, but they charge a lot. Documents needed are Passport with valid chinese visa, 2 Passprot Photos, application form for visa extension, his business card with his business partner, Regular processing takes 4 working days.
