Which shop in Shanghai/Beijing offering Fixed price and good quality. ie you don't have to bargain.

In this case, you can go to some big shopping malls to buy things you want, such as Parkson Shopping Center on the Huaihai Road, and Maison Mode at No.1312, Huaihai Road.
