who was mostly effected by the tang dynasty (eg. rich, poor, farmers, artists, nobles, ect)

Hi, actually under its management, all the people then got the profits. The poor and the farmers could get enough food and daily necessity. The artists and all the talents could attribute their capability and wisdom to their country.
Absolutely, in the feudal society, the noble people got more benefit than the ordinary people.
