how to apply for 3 months visa ?

Hello, I'm a Filipino and my girlfriend is in hongkong who is a dependant visa, and ofcourse she has already her HK ID.We are planning that I will get a 3 months Visa so that I could stay there longer than having hassle in extending the 14 days.:) ..Thanks and Godbless,Von
