is it too cold to visit huangshan mountain in early december?

Hi,  I will be at XIAN on 2 to 4 December 2012.What will be the temperature at the mountain in early December?Will the cable car in operation in early December?I am thinking to go ther by renting a car   local driver. Any advise on the road safety to go there from Xian in December? Will the road cover in snow in December?
