Where do I find a shower at Baiyun international airport?

I am depresdsed reading how many economy class people like myself have been disillusioned while awaiting a connecting flight at Baiyun airport. I will be doing that myself in a couple of days. Most emails say that, unless you are first class or business class, the toilets are filthy, no internet, no ATMs, no shwowers, massages or comfortable chaisr top sit on, expensive meals, and nowhere to stretch out except on a dirty floor?
