I had a friend born in the sign of the dragon. She accused me od spreading gossip is that normal

She would tell me ex husband would abuse her, got divorced, and let him move back in. Is it due to her sign or is she just nuts. He was born february23,l967

Is the February 23, 1967 is her birthday or your ex husband's birthday? If it is her birthday, she is not a dragon, but a sheep. According to Chinese astroology, she just nuts.
