From Airport, you can take a taxi to Nanyao Bus Station, then take bus there to Shilin.2

Hi, Gino. Actually, the schedule of Nanyao Bus Station has changed a lot. I suggest you take subway line 6 at the airport to Eastern Bus Station (Dongbu Keyunzhan), where many buese are on schedule to Shilin.
