Hi, do you mean that you intend to rent a taxi to visit the three destinations you mentioned or anything others? Actually, you can rent a taxi there, but if you want to have a good view at the three attractions, you may need walk on the way. But you can get a total ticket for the three attractions.
Do not worry, you can easily get the taxi after 7 Star Park & Flute Cave.
For the journey, I suggest you hire a car, instead of a taxi 'cause you pay for the car daily, but the taxi according to time and miles.
The ticket for Elephant is 75 RMB and the 7 Star Park is 75 RMB. The former is in operation from 08:30 to 16:40 and the scenery at night is for free. The running time of the latter is from 06:00 to 19:30.
Folk Culture Village and Merry-land Resort are suggested for Gulin tour.
As for your dining, Guilin Ren Chain Restaurant, the leading caterer in Guilin, is suggested. Besides, you can refer to the website to know more:

Around Seven Star Park, the restaurantsa re easily available. NO need to worry about that.
There are several very good restaurants near your hotel, such as Lianchang Jijia and Zengsanjiawei Restaurant. Anyway, they are easy to find out!
May help!

Thank you very much Betty for all the answers to my questions.
Appreciate it.
It looks like it is not necessary to rent a taxi after all.
Will also try Liangchang Jijia and Zengsanjiawei Restaurants.
