TQ Lisa. You has been great help. This is my first time to China. Yes is Mount. Jiuhua. We are the Buddhist believer. Pls direct me the way from Hangzhou to Mount Jiuhua ( the best way) The fare for transport and accomodation and also the time taken to reach Jiuhua, so I could estimate my days of stay. Should get a tour guide?

From Hangzhou to Jiuhuashan, you can take the train from Hangzhou to Chizhou. Upon arrival at Chizhou, you could take bus to Mount.Jiuhua.  The train journey is about 7 hours and the bus duration is about one hour. If you departs from Putuo, you can go to Ningbo first, then take bus there to Chizhou.Then take bus from Chizhou to Jiuhua Mountain. You can find hotels at the scenic spots area.

My plan of journey and visit Hangzhou West Lake - Ningbo - Putuo - Jiuhuashan.Thanks again. Now I wish to know the travelling time bus/train for all the way. Hangzhou to Ningbo(direct-long-distance bus) , Ningbo to Chizhou (time taken and fare) and Chizhou to Jiuhuashan. Is there flight from Ningbo to Jiuhuashan or any nearby?

From Hangzhou to Ningbo, the direct long-distance bus takes more than 2 h. Ningbo to Chizhou, it takes about 8 h for the whole journey and the ticket fare is CNY 88. From Chizhou to Jiuhuashan, the bus takes about 1 h and costs CNY 12.Actually, it is not far from Chizhou to Jiuhuashan, so no need to take a flight there.
