my duaghter's VISA expire on 4th October

My daughter was living with me in Beijing and now she is living in Dalian with my Wife, my wife is a student in Dalian but she has to go back to Pakistan for change "L", "X" VISA and my daughters VISA will be Expire on 4th October. she is registered in Dalian Police station and got permit,i study in beijing, can i use Dalian police permit in beijing to make my daughter VISA extend.

No, the police permit got in Dalian can not be used to extend her visa in beijing. But you can try to extend it in Dalian, or register one more time in Beijing for the permit.
