What is the best way to get from Jinan to Lingyan temple?

I'd like to know how long the trip would take, how long you need for the temple and the walk, and if it is possible to do a return trip in a day.
If not, what are the accommodation possibilities nearby?

The Toursim Bus 707 will take you from the city to Lingyan Temple, which will cost you about 2 hours starting from Jiefang Bridge. The bus will leave Lingyan Temple at 15:30 in the afternoon. You can definitely make a return trip a day.
