How do i get to see the giant buddha from sha tin, specifically from Regal Riverside Hotel

We, do you mean the Giant Buddha at Lantau Island? If so, here is my suggestion for the transport:
You can walk to Regal Riverside Hotel bus stop to take bus no. 81 C and get off at New World Centre Station. There you can transfer to bus no. 1R to Ngong Ping Bus Terminal Station. Then you can take a taxi to the Giant Buddha.1
