We, do you mean the Giant Buddha at Lantau Island? If so, here is my suggestion for the transport:
You can walk to Regal Riverside Hotel bus stop to take bus no. 81 C and get off at New World Centre Station. There you can transfer to bus no. 1R to Ngong Ping Bus Terminal Station. Then you can take a taxi to the Giant Buddha.1
