About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

What is required for a US passport holder to get a visa from Kuwait? what form? and where to apply?

You can submit your application to Chinese embassy in Kuwait. Following documents are required:
1. Original Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months with at least one blank visa page.
2. Visa Application Form V2011A and V2011B.
3. A copy of the passport photo page with the issue and expiry dates of the passport.
4. A copy of Kuwaiti residency with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
5. A copy of Kuwaiti ID with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
6. One photo of 2x2 square inch stapled on the application form.
