Chinese visa for Lithuanians abroad

Hi

Is there any way to get Cinese Visa for applicants in East Asia? I am just traveling in Asia but do not live there and all the Chinese embassies I have checked (e.g. Tokyo, Seoul, Honk Kong) give visas only to people who are residents of these countries but do not to tourists. Hope you can advice.

Hi, this is what they officially require for visa application in a third country or region. But as I know, you are able to apply for it in HK through the Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of China Foreign Affairs.
