Hi, at that time, the average of kunming is about 12 C and no rain would happen then. You can take along overcoat, sweaters or jackets.
As for the weather in Shangri-la and Lijiang, the average temperature could be about 8-10 C. So it will be colder than Kunming. You can take the warm clothing then. Generally, it may rain at that time. I suggest you pay much attention to the weather report.

I went there few years back. It was very cold when we arrived in Shangri-La. The hotel that we stayed got no heater because the hotel staff said November is consider not yet winter. The whole tour group could not sleep because everything we touches is like ice. The bed, blanket and etc. Must check and confirm with hotel regarding heater. Must wear thick winter clothing. Temperature was minus 2 degree. Believe me, in the early evening about 4 to 5 pm, we try to walk around the town but after less than 50 meters was forced to return to hotel because the strong cold wind was really unbearable. Weather in Kunming and Lijiang is not so bad, cooling. When we reached Dali Erhai Lake around 6pm, less than 5 minutes, the strong cold wind forced most of us back into the tour bus but in the day time the weather is ok about 12 degree.
