I am in Shanghai with a US passport. I am trying to find the "staff of the Visa section" but do not see this on the website. I cannot find the visa office phone number and have called the Shanghai embassy only to given a number that directs me to a voice recording.

Where is the "staff of the Visa section" on the website or is there a phone number of the visa office that I can call directly?
