From your hotel to Stanley Market, bus no. 973 is suggested. You can walk from your hotel to Canton Road Government Offices, Canton Road to take the bus to Stanley Market directly in about 70 min.
Since I am not sure about your specific location in Aberdeen, I can just give you a simple route there. Well, from your hotel to No. 11-11A of Aberdeen, you can walk to Jordan Road MTR Station first and take subway Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. Then you need transfer to subway Island Line to Sheung Wan Station. Getting out of Exit E2, you can reach the Aberdeen.
And from your hotel to Peak Tram, I suggest you aslo take the subway Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Central. Getting out of the station from Exit J2, turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road.
In the same way, you can take bus no. 629 to Ocean Park at Admiralty Station.
Disneyland trip needs the transport transference. Firstly, you need take the subway Tsuen Wan Line to Lai king. There you can transfer to subway Tung Chung Line and get off at Sunny Bay. After that, you can easily find the Disneyland Resort Line at Sunny Bay Station, by which you can go there directly.
Hope my information helps.
