About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

relationship certificate from china with Foreign ministry office stamp

Good morning,I am from china,qinhai province,I studied in India,I have indian passport,I came to Korea with Indian passport. My wife is korean,I have been living in korea for two years and going to apply for citizenship here..but they ask me to get relationship certificate from china with Foreign ministry office stamp...please tell me how can get it....what is the solution?

You regiaterred your marriage in China, right? Then you do have to do this. If you don't want to go to China in person, you may turn to the China Embassy in Korea for help.

No,I registerred my marriage in India,,but all my family live in qinhai province in china. I have to send indian passport copy in order to get relationship certificate in china. but it seems little hard to reach in foreign ministry office in china and get the stamp,,,Indian embassy can't help me with this because I am originally from qinhai,china...please guide..

Hi, your family may able to visit Foreign Affairs Office of Qinghai Province at No.14 Jiefanglu, Xining for more information.

My home is little far from xining,but I sent my brother for two times,he didn't get the right answer..is it posible that the chinese embassy in korea help me with this and find out the right solution,,,I am asking your asistance as a citizen of china...please guide..

I am sure that the document should be issued within China, Chinese embassy in Korea only provides service for notarization of document. But if possible, you can contact the embassy for right solution.
