Is a nice black top with black suit pants and high heels formal enough for the dumpling dinner and tang dynystay show? I don't want to offend or look under dressed the only other thing would be a short skirt and my top with heels as a tall westerner I don't want to stand out to much for the wrong reasons!! Thank you
