I am indian, want to spend one week hoilday in hongkong. Do i need a visa?

I am indian planning to spend one week in HK. Do i need a visa? Hotel bookings. ticket and what else do i have to keep with me for the entry permit? For the financial resource while staying there my credit card and ATM will be enough?
