I want to ask once i get my student visa is it possible to go travel to macau or hong kong ?

Do you mean to go to Hk and Macau with your China student visa? In fact, Russian passport holders don't need a visa to Hk for no more than 14 days. As to macau, you can get a visa on arrival at the entry port.
