how to attain visa from lebanon if syrian

Dear sirs I am Syrian citizen and I live too far from Damascus it is easier for me to reach Lebanon , can I attain a visa from your embassy considering that when you go to Lebanon from Syria by land they automatically grant you 6 months residence permit and also on my passport there are too many Chinese entry visas stamped before , I really need to visit china for a while for business reasons so I really hope that you can support me , thanks in advance .

Normally, applicants should apply for the visa in their home country. If you can be given a 6 months residence permit of Lebanon, I think you can apply for a visa there.
