There is a bus to reach Macau from Shantou Bus Termianl at 09:15 everyday. From Shantou CTS, there are two buses to Macau at 09:30 and 11:30 everyday.These are the best ways.

Well, Linda, you can go to the Qiguan Port where there is a Qiguan Bus Terminal. There you can find the bus for Shantou. Most of the buses leave for Shantou in the mornings.
