which shuttle bus to take to shun tak center once I arrive at Hong Kong station

You can take tram North Point - Whitty Street(Shek Tong Tsui) from Des Voeux Road Central (Pottinger Street) and get off at Connaught Road West (Macau Ferry Terminal). Then you will find Shun Tak Center.
