About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

How to get the "Elder" Octopus card?

I am 65, how to I get the "Elder" Octopus card? Is is enough to show my passport as evidence of date of birth? Do I have to supply a separate photo?

Hi, sir. the elder octopus card is only applicable for local people.
