cabmetro from hk airport to tai koo district?

I am coming from the airport to tai koo district.  Is it easier to take the cab (and how much?) or to take the MTR?

It is easy to catch a cab from the airport to Tai Koo. It costs about HKD320~350.  It is also convenient to taje MTR. You can take the airport Express from the airport to Hong Kong Station first. It costs HKD100. Then walk to Central Station to take MTR Island Line to Tai Koo. It costs HKD6.
