is a signed scanned letter of invitation from the chinese company enough?

yes, it is ok for use to apply for a visa to China.

hey!
I am travelling to china, for my Job purpose, my company has sent me an invitation letter, my travel agent told me the letter of invitation, sent by the company has to be signed by the Ministry of Interior and foreign affairs in china? is it true? or just letter with company stamp is ok? or should the company send me orignal letter? or scanned copy is ok?

Hamza, you should get a letter from your company, but this letter is not issued by the company, instead, it should be issued by a unit duly authorized by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of China. So I think the travel agent is telling you the truth. You need to get the original letter because the scanned copy is not ok.
