About:Getting Around Urumqi

Car Rental in Xinjiang

I dont have a Chinese driver's license. Can I still rent and drive around (Kanas Lake, Black Lake, Altai mountains,Birch Forest Park) by myself without hiring a driver?

I'm afraid it is not allowed. So you had better hire a vehicle with a driver.
